| Roberto has 10 years experience in the field of optics. Responsibilities are design, testing, marketing, sales and manufacturing. Roberto started Bolder Vision in 1994 based on the belief that polarization control optics can be made for reasonable prices and maintain high quality. He has worked with the BVO team to expand the core business of custom volume liquid crystal devices and passive optics for manufacturers of optical systems. |

| Dane has been with Bolder Vision since 1996. His primary responsibilities are development of prototype components and optimization of manufacturing process. Dane excels at blending component production with volume process where optimization of materials and workflow is vital. Dane serves as one of the individuals behind the scenes who ensures quality product. |
