| Bolder Vision liquid crystal components are solid state polarization control devices, which vary their birefringence by altering the applied voltage. Currently, there are several configurations available as off the shelf components. In many circumstances, these off the shelf components act as excellent experimental devices. Variable retardance, analog attenuation and optical path length modulation can all be performed. |
| Custom Components |
| A large majority of customers need custom nematic liquid crystal devices. Small or large contracts for high precision liquid crystal components can be manufactured exactly to a customers specifications. |
| OEM Volume Components |
| OEM volume devices can be designed and manufactured with an emphasis in cost savings. Large panels are manufactured and a scribe and break processes is incorporated for maximizing yield. Minimum dimension is currently 10mm x 10mm. |
