1. Input light is unpolarized accounting for 50% of original input loss. 2. Most effective range of use is between 320nm - 420nm. 3. Recommend UV grade fused silica as substrates due to absorption of UV with borosilicate glass. 4. Special UV grade optical adhesive advised due to absorption issues. 5. WARNING, prolonged ultraviolet exposure may damage these polarizers. |
